President Biden didn’t invite Ted Cruz to accompany him to Texas, nor did the Texas Senator ask for an invite.
Based on a press pool gaggle aboard Air Pressure One with Press Secretary Jen Psaki as offered to PoliticusUSA:
Q Was Ted Cruz invited by WH to POTUS’ Texas go to.
Psaki: “There was neither an invite” or request from Cruz.
As a substitute, Cruz spent his day in Orlando addressing CPAC and making jokes about AOC being scared of dying in the domestic terrorist attack on the Capitol and abandoning his frozen and dying constituents for a trip in Cancun.
It might have despatched the mistaken message for President Biden to ask a Republican who was important in supporting and inspiring the assault on the Capitol.
Joe Biden doesn’t affiliate with terrorists, so Ted Cruz ambled all the way down to Florida to fake like his presidential ambitions aren’t lifeless as a doornail by taking his callousness and cruelty to a complete new stage at CPAC.
There isn’t any place on Air Pressure One for somebody like Ted Cruz.
